First up, CBD would like to point out that this is a legal battle being conducted in the Family Court of Australia, so we won't even try to guess at the names of the couple involved.
Let's just say that there was an interesting judgment handed down in Brisbane recently, relating to the release of confidential documents in a property settlement dispute.

Catherine Robson, founder of Affinity Private, gives her top tips to reduce stress in your marriage by better managing your money.
The couple in question were married for 35 years before deciding to split.
In April 27, 2015, their property dispute was finalised. "Pursuant to that order the wife received assets valued at about $15 million," the judgment reports.
The wife now alleges there has been a miscarriage of justice by reason of her former hubby failed to "disclose relevant information relating to the public listing of a company in which the first respondent held a substantial interest and which resulted in the first respondent reaping a substantial financial reward in the vicinity of $93 million."
The court document states that the hubby resists the claim on the basis that "any information that was not disclosed was not relevant to the case" or, if it were, no further disclosure was required.
One of the more interesting points brought up in the document was that the husband - referred to as the first respondent - said that on or before 16 April 2015, he made enquiries as to whether or not to undertake the public listing of company - known as an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
But he and other parties actually "determined to take the initial steps to the making of an IPO" on May 1, 2015.
As mentioned previously, the former couple's property dispute was finalised April 27, 2015.
It will be interesting to see how crucial those four days are in determining whether the $93 million bonanza stays on the husbands side of the fence, or not.
If the unnamed lady wins her case, the updated settlement could put her settlement at the upper end of celebrity divorce territory.
As a point of reference, James Packer's split with Erica Baxter reportedly cost him $100 million.
A successful new settlement will almost certainly exceed the numbers involved in Karl Stefanovic's split with his wife Cassandra Thorburn, and the bitter split of celebrity accountant Anthony Bell from his wife, Kelly Landry.
