Sharjah Police told Khaleej Times that the accident took place in Khor Fakkan's Al Harrai area where a car crashed into an electric pole.
According to officials, the accident occurred due to overspeeding and strong winds, causing the car to veer off its lane and crash into an electric pole.
"Due to slippery road, the driver lost control over the wheel causing the car to veer off the road and crash into a lighting pole."
