Your baggage allowance corresponds to the maximum weight and number of baggage items that you can transport in the hold at no extra charge.
By upgrading your baggage allowance online, you get a 25% discount compared to the Airport rate.
The service
You can purchase your Extra baggage allowance:
- At the time of booking online
- Anytime after your ticket purchase until 30 hours before departure in your online « My Booking »

This service doesn’t cover odd sized baggage and is available only on the Aircalin-operated flights, Wallis and Fidji excluded. For those destinations, over weight baggage will be handled at the airport along with the payment (rate 1000 F CFP/ Kilo -8 EUR-).
For the baggages over 32 kg and/or the maximum dimensions (height + width + depth) over 300cm, you need to contact our cargo department (link to http://nc.aircalin.com/en/the-company/fret-service) prior to your departure to organize the transport of your baggages by fret.

Book an Extra Baggage
- Access your online booking through the Aircalin website page « My booking ».
- Click on « Modify » on the top right header « Specific Demands ».
- Select a passenger.
- Select the amount of extra baggage you need.
- Proceed to payement.
The conditions
- Prices shown are valid from 08/01/2015 and are subject to future modification.
- Pre paid excess luggage is available for Aircalin passengers travelling on direct (without stop over) flights operated by Aircalin only AND with and Aircalin flight number (tickets including Aircalin plus partner airlines flights excluded).
- Pre-paid additional baggage allowance is personal and cannot be transferred to another passenger.
- Pre-paid additional baggage allowance are not refundable, unless:
- Aircalin modify your flight and book you on a flight not operated by Aircalin
- Following operational irregularities, your baggage haven’t been flown on the scheduled flight
- Reimbursement conditions for extra baggage are different from the flight ticket.
