Boston Township is one of thirty-seven townships in Washington County, Arkansas, USA.[1] As of the 2000 census, its unincorporated population was 357.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Boston Township covers an area of 31.5 square miles (82 km2); all of this land.[1]
