When the concept of Dog & Boy started, the designer and her young son were out walking their family dog. He was pretty excited about the name of the business, knowing that he and their furry buddy were its namesakes.
Talking about designs for the scarves, like any young child, the boy’s imagination ran wild with ideas and suggestions – robots, mazes, pirates, stars, spaceships – whatever idea popped into his head.
He was quiet for a moment, then said, “You know Mummy, imagination comes from the heart.”
