If I souly rate on the food & Customer service, it will be a 5 hands down, But I'm going to do an over all experience. As everyone else stated, The Biggest issue at this place is the waiting and the fact that it's an extremely small place, so even when your eating, you feel rushed and uncomfortable because you getting bumped while you eat, your extremely close to the table next to you. You feel like all you can do is eat and leave because there are sooo my others waiting to be seated, so converstaion is kind of a no go! I was just there with my family and My daughter had to sit in my lap while i ate and tried to feed her so you can imagine how that was. I just feel like a bigger space has to be in the works or their going to lose a lot of business because other places are making the same breakfast meals at the same price but have much better seating arrangements..

4 stars for food and 5 stars for service...a very young man waited on us and i have to say he was amazing! he was helpful,fast,and friendly...i have to say he's put a lot more "seasoned" servers to shame ...keep up the great work!

Heartland Cafe is my home, and it has become a "safe-space" for so many people in the community. When I first moved to Rogers Park back in 2014, I always found myself at Heartland after a stressful day. The dim lighting, soothing music, and friendly atmosphere all make this place the perfect hideaway. When the market was added back in 2015, I applied to work as a cashier at the front, and I got the job. Over the year I worked there, I witnessed multiple staff members go above and beyond for customers. Bussers would often offer to walk elderly customers home and carry their groceries. Waiters would stop to hug a crying child and help their parents entertain the kids. I even witnessed multiple staff feeding, clothing, and caring for many of the homeless individuals who come inside for shelter. These are the reasons why I call Heartland my home, as do so many others. When I found out I was pregnant and had to take a leave of absence in September, management let me know that I would always have a place at Heartland. What kind of a business cares so much for their staff? My husband and I even got married at the Red Line Tap, and again, Heartland went above and beyond to make sure our day was so special. I owe Heartland so much. A piece of my heart will always reside inside this amazing place. ❤️❤️❤️

I've lived a few blocks away from here since they opened, always seemed crowded when we drove by. Had breakfast there yesterday. My buddy ordered the Chicago River savory crepe and it was huge and according to him tasted great! I went for the sweet crepes and ordered plum, and I got just one? It was AWESOME and next time I know to order 2 or three of them. We're looking forward to coming back for lunch or dinner to try other dishes. The Deli next door was pretty cool!

The place is great and I had a really fun night until someone stole my purse. The bartender was a very kind and gave me $10 to get home because my Ventra Card had been in my purse ... that is really going above and beyond. I offered to come back and bring it to him tomorrow but he said not to worry about it. I'm still bummed out about losing my purse but it wasn't the venues fault and I had a fantastic night until that happens

I went to see Dan + Shay. As this was my first time at Joes, I went early to get an idea about the venue and decided to stay for dinner. The service was great and the food was ok (bar food, but a large selection). When a line started to form for the show, I paid the tab and got in line. I ended up second row from the stage. The venue is cozy, the show was amazing. There are no seats. No matter where you end up standing, you can easily see the stage. I recommend comfortable shoes and short sleeves. Early line up through the end of the show, I stood for 4.5 hours. There is a coat check ($4.00). I will go back. It was a great time.

Very cool vibe. Lots of happy people go there to just read, go on their laptops, read and hang out with friends. I went with my daughter and we sat by the fire and had a few drinks and dinner. It's a very beautiful place... I would say it made me think of what living at Hogwarts was for Harry Potter. Fun, very cool and cozy surroundings as well as a game room for chess and table shuffle board. With plent of bars thruout. a great place to just go and hangout and not even buy anything too! I was very surprised when I went. I'm glad my daughter shared this little gen with me. I'll be back!

I always have an awesome time at the Planetarium. I went this past weekend with some friends and their kids. We all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The kids really liked the Planet Explorers exhibit which is hands on and tons of fun. The Walk Through Space and Time is also a neat exhibit for all ages. We ended our trip with some lunch in the cafe. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders while my friends and I had the Southwest Salad, Chicken Panini and the BBQ pizza. Everything was delicious and the staff was very attentive and polite. Cant wait to go back!

I enjoy going to Navy Pier when I am in Chicago and I always suggest Navy Pier to my friends when they decide to come to Chicago. I enjoyed the Garden and Flower Show, but I was disappointed there wasn't more floral arrangements than vendors. It seemed to me there were more displays of flowers when I went there a few years ago. I was also very surprised with the lack of toilets (and restrooms) in the women's restrooms for the amount of people at The Pier.

Went there at the beginning of Spring, just as the Chicago chill was just showing signs of warming up. I was originally in town for a dance congress, but I didn't want to miss my chance at exploring the city for a day or two. Millennium Park is a very pleasant attraction. Very close to other attractions: Chicago Cultural Center, Willis Tower, Lakefront, Buckingham Fountain, etc. It's a great place to walk through and enjoy some sights. You'll immediately head to its most famous attraction: the Cloud Gate, aka the shiny silver bean. Though I liked the area, I'm sure it would've been a lot more visually pleasing in the mid-spring to summer when all the flora and fauna comes alive. Still recommended though. Thanks Chicago!

I love to visit this beach "off season"! It is not a true "dog friendly" beach, but off season my pup loves it here! Of course, if he has an "accident"--I remove it immediately! Amazing views of the city. There is a bridge from Lincoln Park that goes over Lakeshore Drive and right to North Ave Beach. Just a gorgeous place.

My husband and I visited on a Thursday night when admission is free after 5pm for Illinois residents. What a deal seeing so many fantastic works of art that filled my college textbooks! The hot exhibit of the moment is "Whistler's Mother" on loan from France, in an exchange of sorts for "American Gothic." I will just have to come back to see it.

I have been going to Water Towner place since I was a kid with my Grandma. Visited yesterday with my child and my visit brought back so many memories to share with my daughter. It's fun to see that she loves it as much as I do. Its great place to shop and eat on a cold winter day. Stores for all ages. I feel extremely safe shopping at Water Tower Place. All the staff at there were super friendly. If your visiting Chicago, I highly recommend a visit here. The one tip I have for you is to start at the top floor (with a visit to Garret's Popcorn) work your way down by the escalators.

Love everything about Nordstrom! I usually shop at Nordy in Oakbrook, but happened to be downtown and had to shop Michigan Avenue store! Beautiful star! Steph is always at any Nordstrom is fabulous! I don't like Ray chatting and great items but I love bar to sit and sip a glass of wine after you shop. Look at it matter? Love it!

It really was a well done exhibit. In fact this was the second time I made it there. Someone who planned this took the time to get this right. I have seen so many exhibits and this was about the best I have ever seen as far as rock and roll bands. It took 4 of us 1:40 minutes to get through it. We could have stayed another hour at least to take it all in. Stones fans will enjoy this like they do a live version of Can't You Hear Me Knocking....it is that good.

Prysm is a revitalized and fresh venue with an awesome veteran staff. A really great destination spot to check out if you want to dance, and be accommodated with VIP style service. The door staff does a perfect job of keeping the right vibes inside, by scrutinizing the door outside. This isn't a place for shorts n sandals and cheap Budligh;, that's down the block (joes on weed street). This is a sexy spot, with sexy people. Come dressed accordingly, and you'll have a great time. Can't wait to see what this place has in store for the coming months!
