While everything about this resort was five stars - the rooms, the pools, the view - I'm writing this about our server, Vincent, at the adult pool. I work in hotels, and I was blown away by the service he provided us poolside: absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Vincent!

We bight a timeshare here 14 years ago. The Marriott was a client and they told me I should buy one. Very hesitant. But happy we did. The staff and facilities are amazing. We have so many memories here with friends we've made from around the world. And the staff have become like family!

A must visit on Phuket!

Beautiful room, fabulous good and service. Very thoughtful. We were here on my daughters 13th birthday. After coming back from a long boating day, there were rose petals on the bed saying happy birthday. Very sweet. The food here has been amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

I've owned since 2004 at four different vacation ownership groups so have seen a lot. I would rate the resort and especially the customer service right near the top. Thank you Fit and Flook for Muay Thai and tennis lessons. Thanks especially Laurens for sorting out the 1 small problem in an extraordinary way.

Excellent resort- been coming here on and off for 15 years - still has exceptional grounds and the maintenance of the whole complex is great - Wine is very expensive an averagely good red that cost $12 in Oz cost $75 here

Its our second home. We love it here. Normally we come here once a year and go to bangkok once a year. But seriously want to come here atleast 3 times a year. We don't feel the need or urge to go to Tien and live to just hang out here. As my Husband says we just love this place

The guided meditations in the garden were amazing. Tarn is a former Buddhist monk and a masterful guide, anticipating the needs of the group. Surprisingly, he's also got all the right moves for a fun, but rigorous aquatoning workout. #turntup
The accommodations and beach are lovely, but what makes the experience memorable is the smiling faces, anticipating your needs, and delightfully exceeding expectations!

Beautiful hotel! The service is unbelievable nice! One of my favorite thing is the landscaping. Great job designing it. The thai restaurant has great food!
