She also wants to help out her family and friends, and plans to invest most of the money.
The winning ticket was sold from Callows Corner Lottery Centre in Busselton, and is the second $15 million win for WA in just over a month.
Lotterywest Spokeswoman Pina Compagnone said just three months into the year and the state had 20 Division 1 winners.
"That equates to almost seven a month," She said.
Ms Compagnone said the money spent in the lottery went towards improved services for people living with disability and mental illness in the South West.
"Thanks to our players and retailers last year we were able to support Bunbury's Enable WA to the tune of $311,000," she said.
