Man dies after alleged one punch attack in Maylands
A man has died after an alleged one punch attack outside a popular pizza restaurant in Maylands. Vision: Nine News Perth.
"It will be alleged during the altercation a 60-year-old man was punched, causing him to fall to the ground and hitting his head on the bitumen," a police spokeswoman said.
"The man was taken to hospital with critical injuries.

"He did not regain consciousness and died in hospital [on Monday]."
Nine News Perth reporter Elly Cormack said the the man was on life support over the weekend before his family, from South Australia, made the difficult decision to switch it off on doctor's advice.
"The pair knew each other, I'm told they were chatting in the pizza shop... on Friday night when they walked into the car park here on Eighth Avenue and that's when the mood certainly changed," she said.
Mr Kraus had been working as a lift driver at the new Perth Stadium, according to ABC News.
A 45-year-old man from Busselton has been charged with aggravated grievous bodily harm and has been bailed to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on April 19.
