By purchasing the Alien^WP Exclusive Membership package you confirm that you agree to the following list of terms and conditions.

Scope

The Alien^WP Exclusive Membership is a site membership that grants you access to all exclusive content on alienwp.com, product updates, and support for the period of one year. After 1 year a new subscription will need to be purchased in order to maintain access to exclusive content and to continue receiving support and product updates.

Licensing

All Alien^WP WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You have the right to use the themes on as many concurrent sites as you like. You can use them for client work. You are free to make any necessary modifications to Alien^WP themes to suit your needs.

Support

Technical support is provided only to Alien^WP customers with active subscription and only for the intended use of the products. We do not offer support for any kind for 3rd party products, theme customizations or WordPress itself. The support we provide is based on the theme the way it was downloaded from alienwp.com or wordpress.org. Support covers installation of the theme, issues arising from using any of the packaged theme features, and bug fixes.

All themes are designed to work and look good in the most popular web browsers – Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and the last two major Internet Explorer releases (currently – IE9 and IE10). Please note that older Internet Explorer versions are not supported.

Products and Pricing

Alien^WP reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product, price and/or service with or without prior notice. Alien^WP shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our products and/or services.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe. Our yearly memberships automatically renew but you are free to cancel at any time and still receive the remaining portion of your membership.

Waranty

Alien^WP themes and plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
