About VU

Placements for our students

Placements help you gain valuable work experience in the industry or profession you're studying.

Within the College of Business we offer placements through the Centre for Work Integrated Learning.

Work Integrated Learning (WIL)

The Centre for Work Integrated Learning was designed to support and assist College of Business students in preparing for employment.

Work Integrated Learning combines professional workplace-based activities with an online curriculum designed to give you an edge in a highly competitive employment marketplace.

The Centre coordinates workplace learning in two areas; cooperative education or 'Co-op' and Business integrated learning (BIL).

WIL produces mature, focused graduates with the skills to immediately play a productive role in any work place.
