A three-year-old girl has died after she was struck by a truck on the NSW north coast on Sunday morning.
Just after 8am, emergency services were called to a home on Hawthorne Street in South Grafton, where they found a three-year-old girl with critical injuries.
She was treated at the scene and taken to Grafton Base Hospital, where she later died.
Police have established a crime scene at the house, which will be forensically examined.
The 31-year-old man driving has undergone mandatory blood and urine testing.
Investigations are continuing.
