'Free Service' Terms and Conditions

• You agree not to abuse the gostats.com service or any aspect related to its functionality.
• You will create your account for the purpose of using the service in a responsible and respectable manner. Collecting data for your personal uses as a webmaster and site owner.
• We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice by posting the changes to this website.
• We may terminate your account and remove your site from our listings at any time for any reason.
• The following types of sites are not endorsed and not allowed to be affiliated with gostats.com:

  • sites that promote child pornography, or any other sites that we deem to be inappropriate

• This Agreement will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute under this Agreement will be the Province of Ontario, Canada.
