Aarya Babbar

Aarya Babbar is an Indian actor who appears in Bollywood and Punjabi films.

Personal life

Aarya Babbar is the son of actor turned politician Raj Babbar and famous theatre personality Nadira Babbar. He is the younger brother of actress Juhi Babbar & brother-in-law of TV Star Anup Soni.

Career

Aarya Babbar started his film career with Raj Kanwar's Ab Ke Baras alongside Amrita Rao but that flopped at the box office. He has worked with stalwarts like Mani Ratnam, Madhur Bhandarkar and Vikram Bhatt. Also he appeared in films such as Yaar Annmulle, Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola and Ready. Aarya Babbar acted in the Bengali film 'Paapi' in 2012 opposite Prosanjit, Pooja Bharti, and Sayantika. The Hindi version "Paapi" released on 11 October 2013. In 2013 he also appeared in Punjabi Movie Heer & Hero opposite Minissha lamba.

He was a contestant on Bigg Boss 8 where he managed to survive for 8 weeks and 56 days. Aarya Babbar released his first screen novel 'My fiancee, me & #IFu**edUp on 2 February 2015. He has also written a comic book named Pushpak Viman.

Rajesh Hamal

Rajesh Hamal (Nepali: ) ( Listen , born: June 9, 1964) is a Nepali actor. He has received many awards for his acting including the National Film Awards from 1988–2014. He is often called the "Maha-Nayak" "महानायक" (Great Actor) for his contribution to Nepali cinema. He is considered a dominant figure in bringing professionalism in the Nepalese film industry. He has also been involved in many uncredited charity and donation programmes. He is currently serving as Goodwill Ambassador for the Building Back Right initiative to promote reconstruction after the April 25 earthquake that is safe, environmentally sustainable, culturally appropriate and free of rights violations such as child and bonded labor.

Education

Rajesh Hamal(Kishor) was born in Tansen, central Nepal. He did his schooling at Bhanubhakta Memorial School up to class 8. Then he went to Moscow, Russia with his father who was Nepalese Ambassador to Russia. Rajesh Hamal finished his M.A in English literature from Chandigarh University.

Amrita Rao

Amrita Rao (pronounced [əmriːt̪a ːraːʋ]) is an Indian film actor and model. She has appeared in Hindi films of Bollywood and a few films in Telugu. Rao was born and raised in Mumbai; she made her screen debut in Ab Ke Baras (2002), for which she was nominated for the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award in 2003. One of her most popular roles was in the romance film Vivah (2006).

Rao's roles in Welcome to Sajjanpur (2008) and Main Hoon Na (2004) earned her a Stardust Best Actress Award and a Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award nomination respectively. She has made special appearances in Heyy Babyy (2007), Shaurya (2008), Life Partner (2009) and Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai (2010). She has been called "Bollywood's quintessential girl next-door" by various media outlets.Times Of India named Rao one of its "50 Most Desirable Women of 2011."

Early life

Amrita Rao was born in Mumbai. Her father Deepak Rao owns an advertising agency. Her younger sister Preetika Rao, is a model and a southern film actor. Rao attended school at Canossa Convent Girls School and graduated from Sophia College with a psychology degree. Rao describes her family as a "very conservative family—a traditional, Hindu, Indian family" and herself as very liberal. Her native language is Konkani; she also speaks Marathi, English and Hindi.

Film

Ab Ke Baras is a Bollywood action romance film released in 2002. It had launched the career of the two newcomers, Amrita Rao and Arya Babbar.

Synopsis

U.S. based Anjali Thapar (Amrita Rao) has repeated dreams of a parallel life in India, the temple of Devi Maa Durga, & some sword-wielding men on horseback. She and her mom consult a pandit, and he advises them to go to India to clear this matter up, as this pertain to her past life. Mr. Thapar will only let Anjali go there, after she marries the man of his choice, so Anjali decides to run away. Her dad alerts her uncle, a ruthless CBI Officer Sikander Baksh (Danny Denzongpa), who is soon on her case. Anjali meets with car-thieves, Karan and his uncle (Arya Babbar and Shakti Kapoor respectively), and then begins her journey into a past life, as Nandini, the lover of freedom fighter Abhay (also Arya Babbar), and his subsequent death at the hands of British-aided traitor Tejeshwar Singh (Ashutosh Rana). Anjali does not know that Tejeshwar is still alive, is a powerful minister in the Indian Government, and has decided that he will make history repeat itself by separating the two lovers again - this time with the help of the government machinery..
