High Court has put off the hearing in plea by Telangana Joint Action Committee chairman Prof. Kodandaram, for the delay in police permission for a rally of unemployed youth, planned by him. The government lawyer said that the TJAC chairman is trying to organize a Jallikattu-type of a rally, giving scope for anti-social elements to join, thereby ruling out permission. Meanwhile, Hyderabad Police Commissioner has written to Kodandaram that the rally might be conducted in city outskirts like Shamshabad, as it would lead to law and order problem. Also, TRS member of Legislative Council Palla Rajeshwar Reddy condemned the rally as a ploy to provoke youth against the government.

Chairman
The chairman or chairwoman, or simply the chair, sometimes known as chairperson, is the highest officer of an organized group such as a board, a committee, or a deliberative assembly. The person holding the office is typically elected or appointed by the members of the group. The chair presides over meetings of the assembled group and conducts its business in an orderly fashion. When the group is not in session, the officer's duties often include acting as its head, its representative to the outside world and its spokesperson. In some organizations, this position is also called president (or other title), in others, where a board appoints a president (or other title), the two different terms are used for distinctly different positions.
Terminology
Other terms sometimes used for the office and its holder include chair, chairperson, chairwoman, presiding officer, president, moderator, facilitator, and convenor. The chairman of a parliamentary chamber is often called the speaker.
The term chair is sometimes used in lieu of chairman, in response to criticisms that using chairman is sexist. It is commonly used today, and has been used as a substitute for chairman since the middle of the 17th century, with its earliest citation in the Oxford English Dictionary dated 1658-9, only four years after the first citation for chairman.

The Chairman
The Chairman (or alternatively The Most Dangerous Man in the World) is a 1969 spy film starring Gregory Peck. It was directed by J. Lee Thompson. The screenplay was by Ben Maddow, based on a novel by Jay Richard Kennedy.
Plot
A Western agent is sent to Communist China in order to retrieve an important agricultural enzyme. What he does not know is that there is a bomb implanted in his head; the forces behind his mission will detonate it if he fails to carry out the assignment.
Nobel Prize–winning university professor Dr. John Hathaway's mission begins with Lt. General Shelby's request at the US Embassy in London that he travel to China to visit Soong Li, a former professor of Hathaway's who reportedly has developed an enzyme that would permit crops to grow in any kind of climate. The hesitant Hathaway is further urged to go by a phone call from the President of the United States. Hathaway is concerned about the situation, as is a friend he knows named Kay.
A transmitter is implanted in Hathaway's skull as a tracking device. He isn't informed that it also includes an explosive element in case of emergency that can be triggered by the Americans if necessary. Neither the U.S. nor the Soviet Union want the enzyme to remain exclusively in Chinese hands.

High Court has put off the hearing in plea by Telangana Joint Action Committee chairman Prof. Kodandaram, for the delay in police permission for a rally of unemployed youth, planned by him. The government lawyer said that the TJAC chairman is trying to organize a Jallikattu-type of a rally, giving scope for anti-social elements to join, thereby ruling out permission. Meanwhile, Hyderabad Police Commissioner has written to Kodandaram that the rally might be conducted in city outskirts like Shamshabad, as it would lead to law and order problem. Also, TRS member of Legislative Council Palla Rajeshwar Reddy condemned the rally as a ploy to provoke youth against the government.
