Meet with your financial advisor, accountant or attorney. Sign the documents in the presence of a notary and send signed documents back to us via FedEx.
Upon receipt of signed contracts, we initiate the title review of your mineral interest. If there is curative that needs to be conducted, we will take care of it!
Once everything looks good we contact you with an expected date to close. We can perform a wire transfer or overnight a company check!
