I AM IN Sydney Road, Brunswick
I AM a full-time mum.
I AM WEARING a dress by the UK brand Hearts and Roses purchased from Elise Boutique on Brunswick Street. It's a little vintage style with a full skirt and petticoat. Every girl needs a twirly dress. My sunglasses are from Tom Ford. My shoes are from Target and my purse is from an op shop. My hair flower is from Kitten D'Amour, which is a boutique I used to work at in Brisbane. And the parasol was a gift from a friend. Generally, if it's not red, it's not mine.
MY STYLE IS '40s and '50s-inspired, a little bit vintage, a little bit eclectic.
I ADMIRE THE STYLE OF I create my own style. Fashion comes and goes but style is entirely unique. You either have it or you don't.
MY FAVOURITE PLACES TO SHOP are secondhand stores, op shops, markets and occasionally clearance outlets.
MY BIGGEST FASHION MISTAKE WAS baseball caps and baggy jeans in the '90s.
WHEN I WAS A KID I WORE whatever my mum sewed for me. Anything that didn't show the dirt because I was outdoors all the time. A lot of brown.
I WOULD NEVER BE CAUGHT DEAD IN tracksuit pants and Ugg boots.
