Currently the region is being reorganized in the Euroregion Tyrol-Trentino Tirol-Südtirol/Alto, with a representative office, Tirol-Büro call or Ufficio of Tirolo, in Brussels, in order to improve the political position of the region in the Union European. Volksmusik (literally translated from the German as "people's music") is the common umbrella designation of a number of related styles of traditional music from the Alpine regions of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol (Italy). Tyrol (/tɪˈroʊl, taɪ-, ˈtaɪroʊl/; German: Tirol, pronounced [tiˈʀoːl]; Italian: Tirolo, pronounced [tiˈrɔːlo]) is a federal state (Bundesland) in western Austria. It comprises the Austrian part of the historical Princely County of Tyrol, as well as the present-day Euroregion Tyrol–South Tyrol–Trentino. The capital of Tyrol is Innsbruck.
Geography
The state of Tyrol is separated into two parts, divided by a 20-kilometre wide (12 mi) strip that is known as the Alpine divide. The larger territory is called North Tyrol (Nordtirol) and the smaller area South-East Tyrol (Osttirol). The neighbouring Austrian state of Salzburg borders the Italian province of South Tyrol which was part of the Tyrol prior to the First World War. With a land area of 12,683.85 km2 (4,897.26 sq mi), it is the third largest state in Austria.
North Tyrol shares its borders with the federal state of Salzburg in the east and Vorarlberg in the west. In the north, it adjoins to the German state of Bavaria; in the south, Italian South Tyrol (Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region) as well as the Swiss canton of Graubünden. East Tyrol also shares its borders with the federal state of Carinthia to the east and the Italian Province of Belluno (Veneto) to the south.

The Tyrol is an alpine region trilingual (German, Italian and Ladin) in Europe, currently divided between Austria (North Tyrol and East Tyrol in the State) and Italy (South Tyrol and Trentino), which constitute the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
The region was the Princely County of Tyrol belonging to Austria-Hungary until 1918, when it was divided between Austria and Italy by the Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye and ratified in the De Gasperi-Gruber Agreement of 1946.
Currently the region is being reorganized in the Euroregion Tyrol-Trentino Tirol-Südtirol/Alto, with a representative office, Tirol-Büro call or Ufficio of Tirolo, in Brussels, in order to improve the political position of the region in the Union European. As for the internal integration was installed cooperation office in Bolzano.
Volksmusik (literally translated from the German as "people's music") is the common umbrella designation of a number of related styles of traditional music from the Alpine regions of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol (Italy). It tends to be dialect-heavy and invokes local and regional lifestyles and traditions, particularly those of the Alpine farmers and peasants.
Typical instruments range from alpenhorns to hackbretts, zithers and acoustic guitars, and even violas and harmonicas. Harmonized singing is frequent, but other pieces may require yodeling, while instrumental arrangements are particularly frequent for fast dances or brass pieces.
Volksmusik continues to be performed by many local groups and orchestras throughout the European Alps and should not be confused with volkstümliche Musik, which is largely to be found in broadcasting media and on ancillary merchandise.

Tirol is a state in Austria. Young! Tanzsommer toured in this state. This vlog records two cities in Tirol: Bregenz and St. Johann. In Bregenz we stayed at a hotel near Lake Constance. This lake was full of swans and a perfect place for pictures because of the scenery in the background. The city also has curiously hidden stores and REALLY good gelato! St. Johann was the real adventure, the very first thing we did was jump off a mountain- paragliding. Along, with our adventurous guides, we saw the city from an eagle's eye view. We always returned to the mountains and had our bizarre fun. We had amazing photoshoots and rode up and down the cable cars. The old town, with its pretty middle class buildings that date back to the fifteenth century, is a fine example of Austria’s rural architecture. Westendorf was judged to be the most beautiful village in Europe and not without reason as it nestles picturesquely within a fertile high valley on the northern slopes of the Kitzbüheler Alps, an oasis of relaxation in contrast to the busy tourist centres of the surrounding area. The Fohlenhof Ebbs Stud at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains is the official location of the Tyrol Horse Breeding Union and is where the famous Haflinger horses are bred. Further west of the Inntal the Alpbach Tal leads into an untouched natural landscape. At an altitude of nine hundred and seventy five metres above sea level is the remote mountain village of Alpbach, the most beautiful village in the Tyrol which has maintained its traditional character with typical timber built farmhouses and balconies decorated with flowers. At the junction of Unter-Inntal and Ober-Inntal is the Tyrol’s metropolis of Innsbruck, the Florence Of The North. The nearby mountains form a magnificent backdrop for the Late Gothic city centre whose main street leads from the Triumph Pforte to as far as the Annasäule and then on to the Golden Dachl. Today this popular Alpine holiday region welcomes international visitors throughout the year and is most deservedly referred to as a natural treasure in the very heart of Europe!

Tirol is a state in Austria. Young! Tanzsommer toured in this state. This vlog records two cities in Tirol: Bregenz and St. Johann.
In Bregenz we stayed at a hotel near Lake Constance. This lake was full of swans and a perfect place for pictures because of the scenery in the background. The city also has curiously hidden stores and REALLY good gelato!
St. Johann was the real adventure, the very first thing we did was jump off a mountain- paragliding. Along, with our adventurous guides, we saw the city from an eagle's eye view. We always returned to the mountains and had our bizarre fun. We had amazing photoshoots and rode up and down the cable cars. There was a cultural exchange with the locals: we danced for them and they danced for us. Their dance is called Folkloretänze.
All together, Tirol was an exquisite escapade! Stay tuned for part two of the Tirol adventures...

Close by, the stable courtyard is the world's oldest original Tournament Arena of its kind. The Tuscan-arched arcades originated in the Renaissance period and were used by spectators during various tournaments and entertainments. Count Brühl, a follower of Friedrich August The Second, was presented with the Elb Wall as a gift and had a mile-long walkway built for the nobility. It is known as The Balcony of Europe and is located ten metres above the banks of the River Elbe. Meissen is well known for the porcelain of the same name. In the Meissen factory each aspect of the manufacturing process can be observed, along with a presentation of the history of the famous porcelain. The centuries created such beauty that Dresden has been described as The Venice Of The East and Florence On The Elb. Today, the city is a harmony of both architecture and landscape, a brilliant work of art!
