Burgmann College, which opened its doors to students for the first time in 1971 to students, has nurtured and influenced the lives and careers of its many former residents, many of whom have gone on to have distinguished careers in all walks of life. From the beginning, the College has been supported and sustained by philanthropy. Burgmann relies on its own community for the significant support it needs for the development of educational and residential facilities for its current and future students.
