It's the first public one, but Apple will probably shut this down due to that you need to have a full IPSW (which only one firmware is available) apple only puts out OTA updates, you need a series 1 watch and the firmware needs to be signed, which apple can revoke at any time.

We did something similar for my grandma when she was in a nursing home. She couldn't make it to the wedding so we decided to go see her and brought the wedding party to her.
