The book, titled You Can't Spell America without Me, will detail the "tremendous" inside accounts of Trump's meetings with world leaders.
Baldwin is teaming up with Kurt Anderson, the host of radio program Studio 360, to write the book. It will be published by Penguin Press and is scheduled to hit bookstores in November.

That means the book will be released almost 12 months to the day after Trump was elected President. And if audiobooks are more your thing, don't worry: Baldwin plans to record himself reading as President Trump for the audiobook version.
Speaking with The New York Times, Anderson said the book is an opportunity to run with Baldwin's hilarious character and take it beyond a quick comedy sketch.

"I think we'll be channelling and amplifying the real Trump," he said. "Writing for a five or 10-minute sketch is different than writing a book, which has to be a narrative."
But that doesn't mean the book won't hold back, according to Anderson.
"It'll be sharp," he said. "I'm going to start talking like Trump. It'll be great! It'll be fantastic! But it will be sharp. It won't just be fun-loving."
Baldwin and the entire Saturday Night Live team have been praised for the way they have successfully gotten under Trump's skin. The president himself has criticised the late-night comedy show, while White House spokesman Sean Spicer has admitted he thought Melissa McCarthy's portrayal of him was "mean".
