Miami Beach Police are taking a stand against hundreds of rowdy college students who flock to South Beach for Spring Break and trash the sandy shores with litter from their epic partying. Wild youths, clad in thong bikinis and often with a drink in hand, were dancing on each other when they were wrangled by weary officials for a mass migration to Ocean Drive, removing hundreds of students from the beach so crews could start cleaning up piles of litter left behind. Police have beefed up its staff, hiring extra officers and rolled out a new list of harsh rules for the revelers. Despite the restrictions, Miami Beach Police are facing off against the disorderly and rambunctious students, deploying beach ATV cruisers to manage the crowds and have made 35 arrests within the first week of the Spring Break chaos as of Friday.

After a search that lasted nearly a week, the body of Matthew Meinert (pictured) has been found near where his boat crashed. Meinert, 38, vanished on Monday after going on a fishing trip at Denton Creek, Texas, with his two-year-old son Oliver (pictured). Meinert's body was found around 6pm Friday by Texas Parks and Wildlife, Trophy Police Department said. Game wardens recovered his body in six feet of water near where his boat was found (inset), CBS DFW reports. The search for the missing family began Monday night when the pair didn't return home. Then, early Tuesday morning, a police officer found Oliver walking through heavy brush. Foul play isn't suspected and the cause of Meinert's death is unknown.

Ellen Kelly, of University Heights, Ohio, says her son Robert, a professor of political science in South Korea, was 'embarrassed' at the fame he gained from his children bursting in on a serious BBC interview. Mrs Kelly, 72, told DailyMail.com that she and her husband, Joseph, regularly Skype with their son, his wife Jung-a Kim and the children - Marion, four and James, nine months - from their home. 'The kids probably heard voices coming from the computer and assumed it was us,' she said laughing. 'It was just hilarious.'

Gang member Thaddeus Jimenez of Chicago was sentenced to nine years in prison after blowing a $25million city reward for spending 16 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit. Instead of retiring to an island or helping the less fortunate, Jimenez spent his fortune rebooting his old gang, Simon City Royals, buying cars, drugs and weapons, giving cash advances to gang members, and terrorizing his area of Chicago. Within seven years of his release, he would be back in prison.

Nine-month-old Reagan Caldwell got his glasses just after his father Brandon was deployed to Antarctica with the U.S. Air Force for two months. The boy's mother Amanda filmed their emotional reunion at their home in upstate New York last week. Brandon, still dressed in his Air Force uniform, was filmed singing Reagan a song as he held him close. The little boy grinned and stared adoringly at his father through his adorable blue glasses. Blakely, a six-year-old Australian shepherd, has acted as an adoptive mother for many baby animals at the Cincinnati Zoo. Her latest bunch of youngsters are three one-month-old Malayan tiger cubs who have been ignored by their mother. Zoo workers say Blakely teaches the cubs the difference between play fighting and hurting, lessons that their mother would normally impart.

Will Smith finally crossed something off of his bucket list. The 48-year-old actor was flying high in the sky as he went bungee jumping on Friday at Victoria Falls, the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe. The action star filmed the entire experience as he jumped off one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
