This retreat will be a transformative experience for you and a unique opportunity to contribute to local change on the ground in Kenya. Leading this 3 day retreat, is Paige Elenson, a world renowned yoga instructor and founder of the Africa Yoga Project. Africa Yoga Project was created out of the lack of wellbeing services in Africa, and the high unemployment rate young people are facing. Today, through this organization, Paige has trained over 200 youth who are of service to their communities providing free yoga sessions to people who would otherwise not have access to yoga while at the same time, earning a middle class income as leaders of the wellbeing industry in Africa. Together with the perfect setting at Finch Hattons Camp, the retreat will change your spiritual, physical and mental energy for the better.
