In the name of the compañeras and compañeros bases of support of the Zapatista Army of National Liberation, I want to tell you how we feel about the things that they do to us as originary peoples of Mexico. I think it is the same all across the world.
We want to tell you, explain to you once again, how much suffering this rotten capitalist system has caused us.
WINDOW ROCK – The 23rd Navajo Nation Council applauded Friday’s announcement that the U.S. Department of Justice will review the local investigation into the shooting death of 27-year-old Loreal Tsingine, a member of the Navajo Nation, which occurred on March 27.
"The Navajo Nation Council is elated that the United States Department of Justice has made the decision to review the investigation into the shooting death of Loreal Tsingine at the hands of Officer [Austin] Shipley,” stated Speaker LoRenzo Bates. “While Maricopa County may allow Officer Shipley to escape criminal prosecution, we are hopeful that a federal investigation will bring justice for the Tsingine family."
The Arizona Department of Public Safety investigated the shooting, which was later reviewed by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery issued a letter on July 19 to Winslow Police Department Chief of Police Stephen Garnett, stating that Officer Shipley would not face criminal charges in the case.
Speaker Bates said the Council wholeheartedly supports the decision of the USDOJ and pointed out that the Office of the Speaker, Office of the President and Vice President, and the Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission have all sought the intervention by the USDOJ.
On May 26, members of the Navajo Nation Council unanimously approved a resolution sponsored by Council Delegate Jonathan Hale, calling for U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch to investigate the Winslow Police Department in response to the shooting death of Tsinigine, who was originally from the small community of Teesto.
Council Delegate Lee Jack, Sr., who represents the community of Teesto, said community members are pleased with the announcement and called for a fair and timely investigation.
“The community and loved ones have had a very difficult time coping with the loss of Loreal and this announcement brings some hope and relief,” said Delegate Jack. “We want justice for the family, the community, and the Navajo people.”
MNN. July 30, 2016. Crime and its offshoots are the economic base of corporate America, starting with genocide and theft of our lands and resources. US minds have been readjusted from the natural instinct to survive, to everything being monetized. The rules for the values, life and direction are designed and implemented by the miseducation, religious and mass media system, which are readjustment camps. Americans have “trainers” who give them the core commands. They are told their boss will love them if they do what they’re told. Otherwise they will insult, threaten, punish and even kill them.
American INDIAN Brainwashing Schools.
People in key positions in government, backed by the law enforcement and court systems, constantly illustrate how Americans are to act and do. The mind control program is so effective that people are screaming for more.
Like the crime syndicates, enforcers gravitate around the government, incorporating those who are good at beating, killing, collecting money and putting on the muscle to perpetuate the control matrix. They carry out fear, intimidation and the hit if they aren’t obeyed or paid. Their home, bank account, kids, car or anything of value will be taken.
Recently a man robbed a restaurant with a knife. No one resisted. People are conditioned to wait for someone to give them the order to do so. If they injure the robber, they might be charged. Corporate rules and regulations discouraged anyone from getting involved.
[Closed minds stop thought crimes].
Guns are being taken away so only the oppressors have them. Resisters can be jailed or shot. Some carry guns behind their car seat. They tell the cops they have a permit to carry it. Millions don’t have permits. Chicago cops took guns from people, then gave them to cops in Detroit, who sold them.
onkwe’hon:weh will stand together. The cops want to know how many warriors and guns we have, to gauge our natural instinct to survive. Americans were not satisfied to kill us one bullet at a time. Gatling guns were used to mow down millions of our men, women and children.
Martial law may be declared without resistance. The US military is being reinforced by UN soldiers from around the world. Provocation is being promoted to start a civil war. Fully armed street gangs outnumber the cops in most major and small cities.
The new world order has plans and programs on how to control and kill people, not to save them. With satellites and computers this organized force can control and eliminate their targets more effectively. Legal remedies to help people are disappearing.
Life is make-believe until we get the command. The “Indian Ring” described how ordinary people were deputized and given the command to mass murder us and take everything we had.
Most Americans are conditioned to submit to martial law. Like the pacified Handsome Lake religions in our communities, they are under the illusion that a super hero will save them. We are being taught not to think for ourselves or to use common sense.
Jim Morrison sings about waiting for the command: “Ashen lady, ashen lady, Give up your vows, give up your vows. Save our city, save our city, Right now. … The future’s uncertain and the end is always near. Let it roll, baby roll”. [Roadhouse Blues]

Federal Agency Actions Drive Klamath -- Trinity River Fisheries to brink of Extinction and the Hoopa Valley Tribe to Court
By Hoopa Valley Tribe
29 July 2016
Censored News
Today, the Hoopa Valley Tribe (HVT) filed its lawsuit against the federal government for violations of Endangered Species Act (ESA) regarding its management actions on the Klamath River, California's second largest river system.
"The harm caused by the Bureau of Reclamation's and National Marine Fisheries Service's failure to protect the Coho is driving this federally protected fish and our Tribe to extinction," said Chairman Ryan Jackson. "These fish have been essential to our culture, religion and economy since time immemorial," added Jackson.
Federal irrigation project and private dam operators on the Klamath River divert and store water, leaving less for fish. The water that remains is warmer than tolerable for salmon and polluted with nutrients and chemicals. Under those conditions, fish are vulnerable to diseases they ordinarily could survive. In 2002, thousands of migrating adult salmon died under those same conditions. Moreover, literally hundreds of thousands of juvenile salmon have been infected with disease pathogens that have severely reduced the survival Klamath River Coho salmon.
To help prevent another die off, federal agencies set ESA standards for Klamath fish health and Klamath Project operations were bound to meet standards in the 2013 Biological Opinion issued by NMFS. Multi-year drought and project operation changes have contributed to juvenile fish infection rates in 2014 and again in 2015 that have soared past the limits established in the Biological Opinion. "Instead of reacting to the impacts on fish health caused by unforeseen circumstances, the federal agencies have proposed to lower the standards for fishery protection (e.g. increase numbers of fish that can be killed) so that damaging irrigation diversions and dam operations can continue," said Hoopa Fisheries Director Michael Orcutt.
"The effect of these actions stands the law on its head," said tribal attorney Thomas Schlosser. "The Hoopa Valley Tribe's fishery, not irrigation and dam operations, has priority for Klamath River water under both federal Indian law and reclamation law," said Schlosser.
In its suit, the Tribe is charging that the failure by federal agencies to re-consult on the 2013 Biological Opinion in light of new information is a direct violation of the ESA. "It is unfortunate that it will take this lawsuit to gain the attention of the federal agencies", summarized Jackson. "However, this action is unavoidable if we are to protect our fishery resources for future generations".
"This ESA suit is not the warning of a miner's canary; it is the tsunami siren alerting North Coast communities of impending environmental catastrophe and cultural devastation for the Hoopa Valley Tribe," concluded Jackson.

MNN. July 28, 2016. Elections, stock exchange, casinos and game shows all use the same corporate rules for their operation. They take advantage of people’s lust for money and craving for 15 minutes of fame. It lures people out of their boring lives. People make fun of those making fools of themselves.
Believe the lies and reject the truth!
Both the Republican and Democratic national conventions illustrated the conditioned mindset of Americans who have been nurtured on game shows since the 1930s. The American phenomenon is to win prizes and get money without working, while putting on a made-for-tv spectacle.
In Canada white people can become incorporated INDIANS.
Red-faced!
Teams duel until one side wins. The scenario includes a host, contestants, props and prizes. They answer trivia to eliminate each other.
The basic premise for picking the president of the United States is whoever has the most money makes the rules. The illusion is that anyone can become president of the United States, even a Black man or a woman.
US election game show!
The candidates and the audience are all in on the game. They scream, holler, cry, smile or boo on cue. They run and jump in their seats as if they had just won money or a prize. They vote for the one who promises them the most money.
The convention feels like a casino. Lights flashing. Music blaring. Audience in silly hats rattling noise makers. Oxygen is probably being pumped into the audience. The speakers yell at them to vote for them. All politicians orchestrate these shows. “Everything will be better for you”, without offering them anything. Everybody knows that only one contestant is going to win. They are alright with it. They are there as set decorations.
Bob Barker of “The Price is Right” promises, “We are going to win a lot of money today” suggesting one of you might win some money, but the rest will get nothing.
The “house always wins”. Elections and game shows are big businesses. They have to turn a profit to stay in the game. The end goal is to take people’s votes, money and minds.
Elections are based on 51% majority rules the same as corporations. The game show winner gets the prizes and the rest get nothing.
As Blood Sweat and Tears says: “What goes up must come down. spinning wheels got to go round”.

From the mountains of Southeastern Mexico, Subcomandante Insurgente Moisés. Subcomandante Insurgente Galeano. Mexico, July 2016.
Beginning in the 1970s, the US Civil Rights Commission held hearings in bordertowns around Indian lands and documented the tortures and murders of Navajos and other Native Americans.
While the testimony focused on white racists who carried out these crimes in bordertowns, police also committed murders and were never prosecuted.
In fact, decades ago, police were able to silence the media and the prosecutors.
What has changed? The internet and social media.
Today, when an officer beats or kills a Native American, or anyone else, as a result of racism, over-reacting, or the use of excessive force, there is a fast way to let the world know.
Decades ago, we relied on newspapers to expose the brutal tortures and murders in bordertowns around the Navajo Nation and Oglala Sioux Nation.
Those bordertowns -- where American Indians were killed for sport by white racists -- included Winslow, Arizona, Farmington, New Mexico, and Rapid City, South Dakota.
In Farmington, the crimes were often carried out by teenagers.
The Farmington Daily Times, which now has new owners, was exposed for changing the facts in a news article I wrote while I was a staff writer there in the early 1990s.
White teens beat Navajo teens with baseball bats at a convenience story near Farmington. The newspaper changed the facts, to make it appear that the Navajo teens deserved those broken bones.
After providing testimony of this to the US Civil Rights Commission, I was terminated by the newspaper.
I write this now to show how the media in these bordertowns have been, and are today, a part of the ongoing injustice, racism, violence and tragedy.
Today, the media in Arizona, South Dakota and elsewhere, continue to fuel racism, to contribute to violent crimes, by refusing to publish the facts and by refusing to expose the deadly force by police that results in the murder of people of color.
On the border of the US and Mexico, border patrol agents carry out rape, torture and murder, and are never held accountable.
Reporters today fuel these tragedies by refusing to leave their easy chairs and actually go out in the communities and cover the news.

Lakota Gall Brightman, was murdered by the defendant. The facts of the case were proven beyond a reasonable doubt and your verdict was rendered guilty!
Words cannot express the pain and anguish our family and friends have endured since Lakota Gall Brightman's murder. The defendant decision to take the life of a human being with no regard for the effects it has had on Lakota Gall Brightman Friends and Family is unimaginable.
The loss of Lakota Gall Brightman is beyond words. Lakota Gall Brightman was born on December 25th 1969 in Rapid City, South Dakota to parents Lehman and Trudy Brightman. He was the second of three children. Lakota attended Delmar Elementary School, Portola Junior High School, and graduated from El Cerrito High School in 1988. His earlier years were spent advocating for Native American Rights along with his family and the Organization founded by his father Lehman and carried on by his brother Quanah, United Native Americans. United Native Americans was and are still very active in Native american rights and the promotion of progress and general welfare of Native Americans. Specialist Lakota Gall Brightman served 6 years in the California Army National Guard, 235th Engineer Company (Sapper) as an Army Field Medic from August 11, 2007 to his date of separation on August 10th, 2013. Lakota was ordered into active service in 2007 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom Afghanistan.
He is remembered as a gentle and kind hearted human being who wanted to help others and was a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, father, friend and hero. He is preceded in death by his mother Trudy Brightman and his older brother Lehman Brightman III. Lakota is survived by his Daughters, Phoebe (24) and Star (14) Brightman his brother Quanah Parker Brightman, father Chief Lehman L. Brightman, aunts Nancy and Lorelie Oldlodge and uncles, Anthony David Clairmont and Donald Oldlodge. Taken too soon, Lakota is warmly remembered and greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
There will be no more birthday parties, backyard gatherings, holiday celebrations or other family activities to share. The laughter, hugs, guidance/advice, sense of security and those opportunities to say, “I love you” are forever gone. Our family is forever “broken”.
To say the least, the financial affect on the family has also been devastating.
Compassion is a word commonly used for and by defendants. However, I ask, how much compassion the defendant considered when the decision was made to murder Lakota Gall Brightman?
It is the request of the family that the maximum penalty for the crime for which the defendant was convicted be imposed. On behalf of the family of Lakota Gall Brightman, we wish to express my sincerest gratitude for allowing this opportunity of expression.
