"Blue's Clues" ended it's run more than 10 years ago, but the host of that wildly popular kids' show is cranking out catchy kid's tunes again ... and now he's got a famous partner.

Steve Burns told us all about his his new Steve-n-steveN project with the Flaming Lips' Steven Drozd. The duo recently released "OK Toilet Bowl" -- super catchy, btw -- and he says they've got even more kid friendly tunes coming.

While "Blue's Clues" isn't coming back ... Steve did have one awesome piece of nostalgia from the show. "Think" hard, and it'll come to you. Or just watch the clip.

Kim Richards just got her sentence nearly doubled in her drunken Bev Hills rampage case, and she's actually happy about it.

Kim was ordered on Friday to do 450 hours of community service for her 2015 arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel. You'll recall she allegedly kicked an officer who responded when she got hammered and unruly in the famed Polo Lounge.

Kim was originally sentenced to 30 days hard labor but as we reported, she begged for a softer sentence due to a foot injury. The D.A.'s Office originally wasn't down to let her off the hook, but is now showing her some mercy.

We're told she must complete the majority of her 450 hours by September, or risk pissing off the judge ... which could open the door to jail time.

Roman Polanski will come back to a California courtroom to face the judge over his fugitive status in his child rape case, but only if the judge says in advance that the director served his full time behind bars.

Polanski's lawyer, Harland Braun, has filed legal docs trying to cut through what has become a decades long legal mess. Braun says it's boiled down to a simple fact ... the sentencing judge required Polanski to serve less than 50 days, and between jail in the U.S. and house arrest in Switzerland, he's served nearly 400 days.

The sentencing judge, Braun says, reneged on a deal that was struck and threatened up to 50 years in prison, and that's why Polanski bailed in the case involving a 13-year-old.

Polanski, who was married to Manson Family murder victim Sharon Tate, has been on the run since 1978.

Braun says in the docs his client will deal with all the loose ends of the fugitive warrant, but he insists on assurance from the judge his client won't serve another day in jail for the rape.

Taylor Swift's latest obsessed fan has been reaching out to her for years with some creepy social media posts that should have been a huge warning.

Mohammed Jaffar was arraigned this week for stalking -- but we uncovered tweets he posted at Taylor as far back as 2014. His posts seemed to get more brazen in February though. On the 7th, he tweeted ... a "security guard in your lobby today prevented us from sharing" candy.

This lines up with the D.A.'s docs which say Mohammed was caught on surveillance video Feb. 6 ... walking the hallway and roof of Taylor's building.

Jaffar also tweeted on February 12, "I need to meet you tonight" before sending a series of rambling poems on Valentine's Day. According to the D.A. ... he also harassed Taylor by phone more than 60 times between January 27 and February 16.

Michelle and Barack Obama broke bread with Bono Friday at Upland in NYC. The former first couple did about a 90 minute sesh with the U2 frontman at the Park Ave restaurant. We're told they were seated at a basement table for privacy.

Barack's owned NYC lately ... and today was no different -- the trio got a standing O on their way out.

Drake can finally close the book on the $3 million tour bus heist that had him fuming -- the perp's been sentenced to county jail for a year.

The Maricopa County D.A. tells us Travion King will also be on 5 years supervised probation after his time in lockup. You'll recall Drake went BALLISTIC after finding out a briefcase full of jewelry was lifted from his tour bus during a September stop in Phoenix.  

Travion was later busted for breaking into a woman's dorm room at Arizona State, and that's when cops found the briefcase.

Drizzy MIGHT be calming down now. Maybe. 

2:20 PM PT -- Ciara's rep tells TMZ, "The driver was illegally in the bus lane and hit the right side of her car."

1:44 PM PT -- Russell Wilson just let everyone know Ciara is ok, tweeting, "Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great! God is good!"Ciara -- who's pregnant and in her 3rd trimester -- was involved in a car crash in L.A. moments ago ... TMZ has learned.

Witnesses tell us Ciara was driving her white Mercedes SUV and was making a left turn when a grey Volvo SUV slammed into the front passenger side of her vehicle.

Police and Fire Dept. responded to the scene. We're told Ciara was clutching her chest and shoulder, but walking around and talking on her phone.

Law enforcement sources tell us Ciara and the other driver exchanged information, but neither of them was seriously injured.

Jackie Warner strongly believes her attorney and the Ambien defense will help her escape jail time in her arrest for nearly backing into a cop's patrol car.

Jackie and a friend were out at Gracias Madre Thursday night in West Hollywood, and on the way out the fitness guru talked about her dramatic arrest at gunpoint. As we first reported, sources close to Jackie say she was "sleep driving" when she got into an accident.

She allegedly reversed her car abruptly, forcing an L.A. County Sheriff's deputy to jump out of the way, and got arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.

But Jackie's fully confident here she'll be acquitted. In fact, 2 weeks after the accident, she's feeling good enough to enjoy a margarita.

Robert Blake will take a walk down the aisle a third time ... 12 years after a jury acquitted him of murdering his second wife.

We've learned the 83-year-old "Baretta" star was at the Beverly Hills Courthouse Thursday and filled out a marriage license application. He was there with the woman he will marry ... 55-year-old Pamela Hudak.

We're told the 2 have known each other for decades and dated back in the day.

Blake and his second wife, Bonnie Lee Bakley, had just finished dining at Vitello's restaurant in the San Fernando Valley in 2001 when she was shot to death in his car. Blake claimed he left with Bonnie but as they walked down the street he realized he forgot his gun ... that it fell out of his pocket in the booth where they were sitting. He says when he got to the car Bonnie was already dead.

Prosecutors claimed Blake hired a hitman for $10k, and detectives found $10k in his dresser drawer. Hudak actually testified on Blake's behalf, saying he routinely kept large sums of cash at home.

She said in trial they dated for 2 months in 1991. She later lived in Blake's guesthouse in 1995 and '97.

No date has been set for the nuptials.
