IT'S ALL MAKING CENTS: It's time to take stock of your money mindset.

At times I’ve had lots of it, at times I’ve had none of it.  At times it’s been easy to come by, other times quite tough.

My relationship with money has taught me a lot.  Literally, how I value myself.

How do you negotiate your worth in the recruitment process and why does the person with less skills and experience get paid more than you?

As with most other things in the business world, the causal factor is always mindset.  We all have a certain mindset and deep rooted beliefs around money.  Some of those are helpful, but often they are not.

If we want to change our relationship with money and learn to attract more of it into our world, the first critical step is to developing a mindset of abundance, not lack.

You get what you focus on.

When you focus on your worth, your value and align this with purpose and action you will attract lots of money.

When you stress about every penny, feel nauseated at the thought of the bills you need to pay or constantly try to prove yourself for a pay rise, this is a mindset of scarcity or lack.

Of course business is about making money, it’s the make or break.  But, guess what, your business has a mindset too.

If the business mindset is scarcity and lack then people will always being told to reduce spending and tighten the belts and create unresourced miracles.

If the business has a mindset of abundance and the right action then money flows in quite effortlessly and easily.

Ultimately money is purely energy, a form of exchange with no inherent value, just the attributed value that society subscribes to it.

Want to improve the cash flow or financial situation in your business today?

Examine your business mindset.

You might be surprised what you find.
