All sponsors received prominent mentions and branding in Conference promotional materials, as well as acknowledgment and branding on programs, audio-visual productions, banners and souvenir merchandise inside the Conference venue. |
Major sponsors enjoyed exclusive access to international speakers, key influencers and thought leaders, and many of the Council’s major publisher members with invitations to our private networking functions. |

Why Sponsor? |
Sponsorship of the Press Council’s 40th Anniversary Conference was a unique opportunity to support the work of a body dedicated to promoting press freedom and high standards of practice. |
It was also a valuable opportunity for brand exposure with some of the most important and influential media companies, journalists, editors and communication researchers in the country, some 150 of whom will attend the conference and related events in May 2016. |
The Press Council’s membership includes most major newspaper, magazine and online-only publishers in Australia. These members account for more than 850 mastheads and approximately 95 percent of Australian print media circulation |
