'Thanks for having us': Jackass stars skate into Freo

  • 27 reading now

The stars of the US reality show Jackass have been popping up around Fremantle in the aftermath of their live show at the city's Newport Hotel - giving a local skatepark a going over and meeting fans in the street.

Famous for their crazy and sometimes downright disgusting stunts, Jackass' Wee Man (Jason Acuña), Preston Lacy, Chris 'party boy' Pontious and Dave England are touring Australia for their 'Filthy Seppo' tour and performed in Fremantle on Tuesday night to hardcore fans.

A few days after, Wee Man and Dave England were spotted at the skatepark on the city's new Esplanade Youth Plaza having a bit of fun.

Posting a video of their antics to his Instagram, Wee Man said "Fremantle Australia. Such a fun place. The town & people are amazing!  It's a very old town, has buildings still functional since 1845 and a new skatepark. Very diverse and beautiful. Thanks for having "us."

The video has been seen by their fans worldwide, with one wiring "it would be so fun to skate with you bros," and in more kudos to Freo, another said "Wow. This park looks f-----g amazing."

Some of the Jackass crew even went to Fremantle cemetery to pay their respects at the grave of AC/DC's original front man Bon Scott.
