The Chairman Group celebrating all things seafood for Autumn

The Chairman Group is celebrating all things seafood across their three restaurants this Autumn with their Seafood Feast.

For a month from March 7, Lilotang, Chairman & Yip and Lanterne Rooms will each offer their own Seafood Feast a la carte menu, plus tasting menus for those who like to sample a bit of everything which can be matched with wine (or sake at Lilotang).

Each venue will also host showcase events, showing off various Australian seafood.

Lanterne Rooms has relaxed beer and satay nights on Wednesday and Thursdays from March 22-April 27. Pop in after work for a satay and rojak plate, with a beer or cocktail at communal tables until 7.30pm.

Lilotang's Sake Kaiseki dinner on April 6 is a kaiseki style Japanese degustation dinner and sake masterclass by Deja Vu Sake. Dinner is $135 per person with matching sake.

And on April 13, Chairman & Yip is hosting an all crab dinner with a tasting menu highlighting the crab. It's $135 per person degustation with matching wines from Voyager Estate.
