Syrian Civil War

The Jabhat Ansar al-Islam (Partisans of the Islam Front) is an independent Islamist Syrian rebel group active in the Quneitra and Daraa Governorates. The Jabhat Ansar al-Islam group is reportedly among dozens of Syrian rebel groups that have in the past been supplied with US-made BGM-71 anti-tank missiles and SA-7 manpads with US approval.[3]
