• Sign up (No fee)
  To sign up, you’ll need your City Light or Seattle Public Utilities account number and ZIP code. Your account number is located on the top of your paper bill. (See paper bill examples for City Light and Seattle Public Utilities.)

Once you’ve signed up for eBilling:

• We’ll notify you by email when your new bill is available.
• You can set up automatic payments.
• You can view your billing history.
