    Please heed this advice - I'm hearing concerns from clinical staff in hospitals that we're facing added risks of spreading illness if visitors come in while they're unwell.

    If you have cold or flu symptoms, please don’t visit family or friends in hospital and risk spreading infection to others. Wait 48 hrs after symptoms disappear & please make sure you use hand-gels in wards even if you’re well. Thank you
