    Support is crucial, talk is necessary, but not sufficient. Be a revolutionary leader & walk the walk. There are effective treatments & support programs for ! I don't want to lose any more people. I know you don't either.

    Absolutely, our beliefs can affect our response. "I'm the one to help/protect sick/weak/crazy people". But if we start to struggle, we might then think we're "sick/weak/crazy" & then how can we do our job or tell anyone? It's ok. Reach out. We're all human.

    Every year I see my MD for a check up. Every 6 months I see my dentist for a cleaning. Every 5,000km I see my mechanic for an oil change. Every month I see my therapist for a chat. It’s normal. You should try it. You deserve it.
