The 80-year-old lives in Croatia and is grandmother to makeup artist Tea Flego.
Growing up, Flego would play with makeup for hours, always practicing on her beloved grandma.
And she still does to this day.
Now a fully-fledged industry professional, Flego uploads photos of Grandma Livia's makeovers on her Instagram account - and they've been going viral.
Livia – dubbed 'contouring grandma' and 'glam-ma' by various corners of the internet – demonstrates the transformative powers of makeup. For this octogenarian, her falsies are lashes, not teeth. With her on-fleek eyeliner and bronzer, she plays the part of the Insta beauty vlogger to perfection.
Flego is especially skilled with the contouring brush, using it to define her grandma's cheekbones and smooth out her skin. And glam-ma seems to be loving it.
"My Granny was always my model," Flego told Buzzfeed. "She always loved makeup and it was not a problem for her.
"She is not ashamed of her wrinkles and age. But she says, 'Why wouldn't I go to the nursing home ball with full makeup and look 30 years younger?'"
