Three cyclists have been hospitalised with broken bones after reportedly colliding with a wheelie bin in inner-city Brisbane.
Paramedics treated the three women in Highgate Hill about 5.50am and took them to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in stable conditions.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said one woman had a fractured collarbone, another a fractured finger and the third woman had a broken wrist, cuts to the face and a possible head injury.
The spokeswoman said paramedics were called to Gladstone Road after reports the women had crashed into a wheelie bin.
