"Everyone is hopeful that they're the state's latest Lotto millionaires."
Saturday's winner is one of three Perth Lotto players yet to claim their prizes in recent weeks.
Lotterywest spokeswoman Pina Compagnone said the other two winners from the previous Saturday's draw each pocketed $1.3 million.
"We now have three covert Saturday Lotto millionaires," she said.
"That's almost $5 million in Division 1 prize money we're eagerly awaiting to be claimed."
The winning tickets were purchased from Rockingham Central Lottery Centre and The Downs Chemmart Pharmacy in Wembley Downs.
