Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce defends 2016 budget

Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce has defended his government's lack of action on backpacker tax rates in the 2016 budget, and scoffed at suggestions the Coalition hasn't done enough to build an inland rail network between Melbourne and Brisbane. Mr Joyce spoke with ABC Rural's Parliament House reporter Anna Vidot on the morning after the budget.
