St. Michael’s is being created by an international consortium comprising: The Jackson’s Row Development Partnership,Rowsley Ltd, Beijing Construction and Engineering Group (BCEGI), and Manchester City Council.

Each of these partners bring a very specific set of complementary skills to St. Michael’s, all of whom have joined collaboratively to develop this strategically significant site in the heart of Manchester’s city centre.
The Jackson’s Row Development Partnership has been created by Brendan Flood and internationally acclaimed footballers Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, and each have worked together previously to deliver high-profile developments in the city, including Hotel Football.

Singapore based Rowsley Ltd, invested in by Peter Lim, will own a majority share in St. Michael’s, with BCEGI, the Chinese state-owned company delivering the £800m Airport City Manchester project, being responsible for the development’s construction.

In total, St. Michael’s will offer 700,000 sq ft of mixed-use accommodation within Manchester’s Civic Core and will comprise:

  • 159 luxury residences
  • 138,000 sq ft of Grade A offices
  • A 201 bed 5* Hotel
  • 49,000 sq ft of leisure space
  • 200 car parking spaces
  • A new synagogue
