When I read the article on web syndication, I feel like that most links in this template don't belong there. Almost all blogs or electronic journals, for example, are not "made available to multiple other sites". Either the template should be cleaned up to contain only those links that do have a real relation to syndication, or the template should be renamed to "web publishing" or something like that. --Randykitty (talk) 09:05, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
I think that is because Template:Blog topics and Template:Podcasting redirect to this template. Someone must have decided to combine all the templates. Don't know if that was a good idea, or not. -Funandtrvl (talk) 20:58, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
This "Web syndication" template contains links to ".net" (Internet TLD) and "-let" (diminutive suffix). When I follow those links, I see nothing even remotely pertaining to web syndication. Can someone explain why those are there? Or perhaps they need to be removed. In light of this, I might guess that Randykitty's cleanup suggestion of 19 Jan 2013 has not been fully carried out. Can someone knowledgeable about this topic review the whole template? For now, I'm adding a Cleanup template to this template. -- HLachman (talk) 01:57, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
