With omni-channel shopping becoming the new retail norm, it’s no surprise that 65% of Australians are using mobile devices to help them shop! Fairfax Media recently undertook a study with the aim to explore the stages consumers go through within the retail purchase journey, with a particular focus on how they’re using their mobile devices within this purchase cycle.

    Two-thirds (65%) of Australians have used a mobile device to help them shop in the last 3 months
  • Close to two-in-five Australians expect to use their mobile devices more for retail shopping in the future
