Depending on the job we charge hourly rate, daily rate, we can price big jobs as per sqm or we can inspect the job and provide an accurate price

The most important thing in painting industry is the preparation prior to paint and that's what takes most of the time. We do not under cut prices to get job as we do quality not quantity. We are fair but not cheap.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Make sure there is sufficient amount of saving before commencement of the job. Make sure the colours are ready and book their job at least two weeks in advance.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We are fully qualified and we have all the relevant licences and qualification in aspect of painting plus our long history in the industry.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Size of the job, age of the building, amount of preparation, type of quality needed, time of start and finish, colours and types of paints. Budget to do the job.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured and we are part of CFMU. We provide up to 15 years guarantee on our jobs depending on the age of the property if the products that is recommended by us is used.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We are punctual honest and we are a family operated business and we have been working together long enough and we trust ourselves. We are here to stay not to jump from one branch to another.

When can we start. We can start the job two weeks after its booked and when a 10% deposit is paid.

The finishing off the job. We enjoy when we finish a quality job and we call it art.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Family business. Most men in our family are painters. From uncles to my cousins, my father and I.

How will you do the job? why do you do that? does it need to bee don this way? Will you come back to fix something after couple of months if we notice it?

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One I went to paint two side bed drawers and I ended up painting the whole house which was painted recently by two other companies and they didn't come back to finish their job because they couldn't fix what they had done. And I'm going back there to do the other part now and we are like family now.
