1. Small design changes can lead to cost savings. Check whether small changes which will not comprimise the final result can be made. 2. Choose the most appropriate builder. "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten" 3. Make sure you are comparing apples with apples and sufficient inclusions are allowed for.

We don't define competitive as being cheap. A competitive price must be measured by comparing the price, the service, the inclusions and the reliability of the person you will deal with to complete a sizeable investment. We believe that we understand this and it is within our DNA to hit the mark on all the mentioned items.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee our work for 10 years. We are fully insured for public liability, contract works and also take out a home warranty policy for each job that we complete.
