Cellphone video shows the shocking moment an off-duty police officer almost shot a teenager who he was scuffling with outside his home.Video of the incident was shot on Tuesday afternoon in Anaheim, California, near Loara High School about 2:40pm. A large group of teens are seen in the video, as well as a man who was revealed to be an off-duty LAPD officer. During the clip, which lasts about nine minutes, one of the boys is heard saying that the cop was upset at a girl for walking on his lawn. When the boy they confronted the cop, the altercation got underway, according to the video. The cop was seen holding the boy by the shoulders and neck (left), dragging him over a hedge, and pulling out his gun (middle). Anaheim Police (right) confirmed two boys - including the 13-year-old who was at the center of the altercation - have been arrested. The off-duty cop has not been.

Mesmerizing drone footage shows floodwater draining into circular spillway after California is hit by heavy storms 

The footage shows water overflowing into the 'glory hole' at Lake Berryessa in Napa County, California. The lake overflowed into the bell-mouth spillway as water levels rose to 443ft, the second highest level on record. The so-called 'glory hole' is designed to stop water from spilling over the Monticello Dam, with water draining into the funnel instead.
