Skoll World Forum
APRIL 3 - 7, 2017 - Oxford, England | #skollwf
This year, our Forum theme is Fault Lines: Creating Common Ground.
Around the world, rifts are emerging along cultural, class, and political lines as globalization and the digital revolution have benefited some, while leaving others behind. There is a growing divide in how people perceive—and experience—the world, which represents a threat to the peaceful and prosperous world of our imaginations. Can we design a world in which our common humanity outshines our ideological, cultural, and political differences? The Skoll World Forum will give rise to new ideas, new perspectives, and ultimately, new relationships that are built on trust and a mutual desire for positive human progress. And, we’ll highlight innovators around the world who are creating common ground through their drive, creativity, and leadership.
