All proceeds from the March 3 gig would be donated to a trust for the man's six-year-old daughter, Kyarna.
"The past few weeks have been some of the toughest times we've ever been through both individually and as a band," the band said, in a statement.

"It has been a constant rollercoaster of emotions and we really appreciate all the ongoing support from our friends, family and loyal fans.
The stunt community had rallied around the young girl, who was continuing to chase her dream of following in the footsteps of her "hero" to become a stuntman.

"We are thankful for his family's blessing in allowing us to put on this tribute concert, to celebrate the life of this amazing man and loving father," Bliss n Eso said.
New album Off The Grid won't be released until April 28.
