Stuntman Johann Ofner's final Instagram posts

Johann Ofner posted videos showing a selection of guns on the Bliss n Eso music video set just hours before the actor was shot dead in an underground Brisbane bar.

Fairfax Media has been told it's suspected a piece or pieces of debris exited the barrel of a prop shotgun used in the scene and penetrated the performer's chest.

On Friday, the band announced plans to push back its album launch and play a tribute show for the 28-year-old in his hometown.

All proceeds from the March 3 gig would be donated to a trust for the man's six-year-old daughter, Kyarna.

"The past few weeks have been some of the toughest times we've ever been through both individually and as a band," the band said, in a statement.

"It has been a constant rollercoaster of emotions and we really appreciate all the ongoing support from our friends, family and loyal fans.

The stunt community had rallied around the young girl, who was continuing to chase her dream of following in the footsteps of her "hero" to become a stuntman.

A fundraiser was held for family and friends at Nerang's The Stunt Academy at the weekend.

The venue, suppliers and ticketing company will all waive their fees for the Coolangatta Hotel tribute gig, according to the band.

"We are thankful for his family's blessing in allowing us to put on this tribute concert, to celebrate the life of this amazing man and loving father," Bliss n Eso said.

New album Off The Grid won't be released until April 28.

Tickets for the show will be available from Oztix.
