White Nationalist Pays for Radio airtime and Robocalls to Promote Donald Trump in Iowa

New York, New York – January 9, 2016 | Nationalists look to Donald Trump as “The Great White Hope” for their cause.

Des Moines Radio Group is airing on KPSZ-AM from January 12 – January 22, 2016, pro-Trump radio shows to give the Iowa voters Christian and Nationalist reasons to support Donald Trump. The radio show “For God and Country” is hosted by Filipino American minister Ronald Tan and co-hosted by William Daniel Johnson, chairman of the White Nationalist political party the American Freedom Party, formerly known as the American Third Position.

Moreover, Johnson has begun a robocall campaign urging all Iowans to either caucus for Donald Trump in the Iowa caucuses (if they are Republican) or urge their Republican friends to caucus for Donald Trump. Johnson has established a super PAC called the American National Super PAC and has enlisted Ronald Tan and Jared Taylor of American Renaissance to help voice the robocalls. The rolling robocalls will begin on January 9, 2016 and will initially cover these cities in Iowa:

The text of the robocalls reads as follows:

“The American National Super PAC makes this call to support Donald Trump.

‘My name is Reverend Ronald Tan, host of the Christian radio talk show program For God and Country. First Corinthians states: God chose the foolish things of this world to shame the wise and God chose the weak things of this world to shame the strong. For the Iowa caucuses, please support Donald Trump. He is courageous and he speaks his mind. God Bless.’

‘I’m Jared Taylor with American Renaissance. I urge you to vote for Donald Trump because he is the one candidate who points out that we should accept immigrants who are good for America. We don’t need Muslims. We need smart, well-educated white people who will assimilate to our culture. Vote Trump.’

‘I am William Johnson, a farmer and a white nationalist. Support Donald Trump. I paid for this through the super PAC. [Telephone] (213) 718-3908. This call is not authorized by Donald Trump.'”

When asked why he has agreed to work with white nationalists to support Donald Trump, Reverend Ronald Tan replied: “America has lost its direction. Donald Trump is called ‘The Great White Hope’ for racially conscious whites, but he is also called of God to make America great again. Donald Trump says what he believes. He may be weak and foolish in the eyes of man, but he is qualified to be an instrument in God’s hands.”

Bob Whitaker, the American Freedom Party’s presidential candidate, stated that he did not feel that his campaign is undermined by William Johnson’s efforts. “Our campaign slogan is ‘Diversity is a Code Word for White Genocide.’ Donald Trump’s campaign may help remind Americans that all genocide, even against white people, is evil. My campaign is there to help keep the candidates on point regarding race in America.”
