A woman was slashed with a knife after an altercation with three teenage girls at Southern Cross station on Saturday night.
The victim, a 21-year-old from St Kilda, is understood to have been approached by the three teens about 10.20pm.

An altercation followed and one of the teens allegedly slashed the victim's upper arm with a knife.

The three alleged offenders fled the scene and were last seen running down Spencer Street towards Flinders Street.
The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police have released images of two of the teenagers, who are described as being of Asian or Islander appearance, with one wearing pink thongs.
