With its days of partying numbered, pho tographer Jeff Minton visited the five -acre property, in Los Angeles' exclusive Holmby Hills to capture the truth behind the glitz and glamour. The property has played host to thousands of celebrities and beautiful women over the years. It features 29 rooms, game house, home theater, wine cellar, gym, tennis court, swimming pool and four-bedroom guest house. It also comes with the notorious cave-like grotto where Playboy bunnies have long frolicked with guests.

Father, son killed in head-on collision with each other

Alabama state troopers said alcohol is a factor in the crash that killed Jeffrey Morris Brasher, 50, and Austin Blaine Brasher, 22. The two were killed in a head-on car collision with each other early Saturday. The elder Brasher was pronounced dead at the scene. Austin Brasher was transported to UAB Hospital in Birmingham where he died at 9.18am.

The NYPD have shot dead an armed robbery suspect who they say used a pellet gun to rob a Brooklyn bodega of beer before turning the fake pistol on cops. Neil and Helen Robinson have both been deaf since birth and communicated through sign language, lip reading and failed attempts at using hearing aids for the first 12 years of their marriage until being fitted with cochlear implants. They are the first-ever couple to receive cochlear implants at the University of Southampton Audiology Implant Service. The emotional moment the devices were first switched on was captured on video - with Neil, 50, at first joking that he didn't like the sound of his wife's voice. The couple, who live near Salisbury, Wiltshire, were born deaf due to both of their mothers contracting rubella during pregnancy.
