A London penthouse which comes with its own butler, Aston Martin and a maid is available to rent for £60,000 per WEEK.
The 4,800 sq ft property, which boasts five bedrooms, is owned by luxury hotel chain Jumeirah, and is located in the prestigious Grosvenor House in Park Lane.
The penthouse, which is the most expensive apartment to rent in London, is said to be attracting the interest of the super rich, who would prefer to rent the luxury flats rather than purchase to avoid paying stamp duty, according to The Guardian.

Highlights of the apartment include 24 hour security, concierge and room service, return airport transfers, five en-suite bathrooms, a baby grand piano and private balcony with views over Hyde Park.
When speaking to the Guardian, Ricky Luther, of Chase Apartments, revealed that the properties are a popular haunt of celebrities and Middle Eastern royalty.
He said: 'It's most popular during the summer, when a lot of tourists come – it attracts Arab royalty, who come with big families.
'They like to be close to Knightsbridge and Mayfair, and have the lovely views of Hyde Park. You can get to Harrods in just five minutes.'

Crystal Palace, who are currently fighting relegation from the top flight, are forking £60,000 for players such as Connor Wickham, 23, and Scott Dann, 30.
£60,000 also equates to the weekly pay of Sunderland striker Fabio Borini, who has managed a grand total of one goal all season as his side struggle to get off the foot of the table.
