'Teaching him a move or two!': Louise Redknapp throws some shapes around the kitchen with father-in-law Harry in energetic video

From the sizzling samba to an elegant foxtrot, she ruled the Strictly Come Dancing floor during her stint last year.

And it seems Louise Redknapp was keen to impart some of her grooving knowledge to her father-in-law Harry Redknapp.

The 42-year-old busted some of her best moves as she cheekily larked around a kitchen with the footballing legend in an amusing video for Sainsbury's food campaign.

Shot in black and white, the clip shows Louise dressed casually in polka dot chiffon shirt and jeans.

With her hair loose and make-up minimal, she looks right at home with her dad-in-law, who seems to have nailed the domesticated look with a striped apron.

The video starts with Louise enthusiastically greeting Harry, 69, with a kiss, before springing into some fun-filled dancing.

From grooving with a bottle of olive oil to mime-singing into a wooden spoon fashioned as a microphone, the mum-of-two seems to fully immerse herself in the dancing spirit.

Sharing the video on Twitter, Louise cheekily captioned it: 'Always time to dance! Having a laugh #fooddancing and teaching Harry Redknapp a move or two #daddancing #family #ad'.

Injecting some energy into the dark winter months, Sainsbury’s #fooddancing campaign has everyone on their feet.

Alongside Louise, other celebrities taking part include Tom Daley, Ellie Simmonds, Kevin Pieterson and Jessica Taylor and Strictly Come Dancing Winner Oti Mabuse.

Since launching, the catchy track, ‘Food Dancing (Yum Yum Yum)’ by UK artist MysDiggi has been downloaded over 7,000 times on Spotify alone, as customers grab their wooden spoon and dance like no one’s watching.

Meanwhile, Louise is in fantastic shape having just wrapped up the 30-date Strictly Come Dancing 2017 tour.

And Louise Redknapp, 42, claims the experience has enabled her to tone up her physique without having to sweat it out in the gym.

The mother-of-two, who has joined forces with Actimel for the brand's latest campaign, exclusively told MailOnline: 'I hate the gym. I’m not a gym bunny.

'I like to eat and have a drink and have the things that aren’t ideal for you. It’s (dancing) a way of training up without giving weight loss a second thought.'

Louise spoke fondly of her fellow co-stars and their pro dance partners and told how model Daisy Lowe, 28, planned for her get into tip top shape from the very beginning.

She said: ‘When I very first met Daisy, she said "by the end of the show I’m getting you in the skimpiest dress". By the end, she said "I’ve never been so proud."

'I was conscious of gorgeous girls who were leggy, but we got on so well. In Daisy I’ve met a friend for life. I love her to death.’

When she was competing on the televised version of the show, Louise revealed she was open to having a third child with husband Jamie Redknapp, 43.

But the success she's experienced since has given her a renewed focus on her career.

Lightheartedly, she explained: 'I’m definitely not pregnant. I would really like to take the opportunity of learning the trade and getting back out there and turning it into an opportunity for me for work.'

'A lot of women stop work and have their families, which is great and the most honourable job in the world.

'At the same time, it’s great to do something for you. It’s so near to performing and what I’ve done in the past, it’s great to get out there and to learn something new and get better at it.'
